This policy explains what information the BarBanger Club MX online store collects and how it is used. The store sells youth apparel for the BarBanger Club MX motocross club.
When you place an order we collect what is needed to fill it: your name, email, shipping address and, if you add one, a rider number to print. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
If you join the club email list we keep your email address so we can send new drops. You can unsubscribe from any email.
The site uses cookies to keep your bag working and, if you accept, to measure visits and ads. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
This store sells kids clothing but it is meant to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Orders and email signups should come from an adult. Rider numbers are printed on clothing and are not linked to a child's name.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the store and ship your order, such as Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers.
Depending on where you live, including Oregon and California, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will take care of it.
